Gameplay
- Real cooking steps. Dishes are made from ingredients at specific stations, and several need two stages. A burger is a grilled patty plus three more parts assembled on the prep board.
- Timers that matter. Every customer has a patience bar, every station has a cooking ring, and from level 6 ready food can burn.
- Combo multiplier. Consecutive completed orders raise your multiplier in steps of 0.2 up to ×2.0.
- Tips for speed. The faster you complete an order, the bigger the tip, up to half the order's value.
- Three kinds of customer. Regulars, guests in a hurry who tip double, and food critics whose orders count double.
- Win and lose conditions. Reach the one-star score to pass. Lose three customers in one shift and the kitchen closes early.
Progression
- New dishes all the way to level 12. The menu grows from fries and milkshakes to pepperoni pizza and chocolate cake.
- Each kitchen changes the rules. The diner adds a fourth seat, an oven and burning. The Master Kitchen adds critics, three-dish orders and rush-hour waves.
- Coins and upgrades. Earn coins from every shift and spend them on Quick Burners, Cozy Seating, Tip Jar, Non-Stick Pans.
- Best scores and stars are kept for every level, so you can go back and improve.

First Shift. Complete level 1.
On a Roll. Reach a 6-order streak for the maximum ×2 multiplier.
Perfect Service. Win a level without losing a single customer.
Nothing Burnt. Win a Diner or Master Kitchen level without burning any food.
Critics’ Choice. Serve 10 food critics in total.
Hundred Plates. Serve 100 dishes in total.
Piggy Bank. Earn 1,000 coins in total.
Kitchen Graduate. Finish all five Beginner Kitchen levels.
Diner Regular. Finish all five Busy Family Diner levels.
Master Chef. Finish all fifteen levels.- Star Collector. Earn three stars on any five levels.
Renovator. Buy every tier of one kitchen upgrade.
Comfort and accessibility
- Two control styles. Drag and drop, or tap an item and then tap its destination. The second style needs no dragging at all.
- Pause, resume and restart at any time. The game also pauses itself when you switch tabs or apps.
- A built-in coach suggests the next step during levels 1 to 3, and a recipe book is available in every level.
- Portrait and landscape layouts. On a narrow screen the kitchen is rearranged into a tall layout with larger targets.
- Sound on or off with one button. Sound effects are generated in the browser; there are no audio downloads.
- Reduced motion. If your device asks for less animation, bounces and slides are switched off.
- Clear feedback. Patience uses both color and a shrinking bar, and customers change expression as they wait, so information is never carried by color alone.
One honest limitation: the kitchen itself is played with a pointer or touch. Menus, the recipe book and pause work from the keyboard, but cooking does not have a keyboard-only mode yet.
Privacy and saving
There is no account system. Your stars, coins, upgrades and achievements are written to your browser's local storage and stay on your device. You can erase them with the Reset progress link on the game menu. The privacy policy has the details.
